About

Built by a traveler, for travelers

Vienna Growth Company exists so no travel therapist has to figure it out, or feel it, alone.

My story

Hi, I'm Taylor.

I'm Taylor Haude PT, DPT, a physical therapist who spent four years traveling across Washington, California, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maryland, Arizona, Nevada, and New York.

On the morning of April 27, 2022, I sat for my NPTE. That same morning, I lost my mom.

I passed my boards that day, and life kept moving forward. Just five weeks after losing my mom and graduating, I took my career on the road to redefine what I wanted my life to be. Through travel physical therapy, I built a career I love, explored new places, formed meaningful connections, and discovered who I was in a world that looked different without my mom.

In 2025, a significant life event brought years of grief to the surface, reminding me that caring for myself is just as important as caring for others. That was when I found yoga, which helped me slow down, reconnect with myself, and make space for my own well-being.

Healthcare providers are amazing at caring for everyone else. We are not always as good at caring for ourselves.

Losing my mom changed the course of my life, and Vienna Growth Company became a way to turn that loss into something meaningful. What began as a personal outlet grew into a mission to create the kind of community I needed: one built on connection, professional growth, and genuine support.

Through career opportunities, honest education, trusted connections, and wellness resources like Sunday Reset, Vienna Growth Company supports the person behind the scrubs. Because professional growth and personal well-being should go hand in hand.

My hope is to help travel healthcare professionals feel supported, connected, and confident wherever their careers take them. Vienna Growth Company is one way I carry my mom with me while creating something meaningful for others.

Wherever you go, you belong.
